Acto, which provides consulting services to its clients prior to the shipping regarding the rules of Live Animals Regulations (LAR) published by IATA and customs procedures, has delivered Macho with Lufthansa Airlines, a business partner. Delivered from Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Vancouver through Frankfurt, Macho has been a guest for one night in the Animal Lounge which belongs to Lufthansa Cargo.
The planning was done in a way that Macho could arrive to the Atatürk Airport in the closest possible time to its flight time, for it to have a comfortable travel. In order to avoid any potential warehouse issues, all necessary information regarding cage dimensions, documents provided from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and customs procedures was conveyed to our client and greeting and handling services in Atatürk Airport were provided by our company.
